Check In Time: After 4p.m. Check out time by 11a.m. Guest not checked in by 11p.m. will have reservation cancelled. Please contact property for late arrivals.
Smoking: All guestrooms, walk ways and sun deck are non smoking. We do offer a smaller smoking area in front of property by vending machines. This also includes all Vape/ E cigarette Products. Guests violating smoking policy will be asked to leave with no refund and a $500 cleaning fee will be accessed.
Advance Deposit: A 1st night plus tax payment is required when reservation is made for all standard reservations. For June Senior Week/ Weekly Rentals a 25% down payment is required.
Standard Cancellation/Change Policy/Early Check Outs: No fee for reservations cancelled outside of 72 hours prior to arrival. Reservations changed/canceled 72 hours or less prior to arrival forfeit 1st night plus tax. High School Graduate Reservations see policy below. No refunds for early checkouts or evictions. No refunds or discounts for loss of cable, wi-fi, or power. Credit Card processing fee of 1.9% is nonrefundable.
COVID-19 Cancellation Policy: For reservations made on or after March 31, 2020, for arrival dates through December 30, 2020, we will allow the reservation to be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date. For guests making new reservations for arrival dates on or after December 31, 2020, individual hotel cancellation policies in place at the time of reservation will apply.
June High School Senior Week Change/ Cancellation Policy/ Early Check Outs: Reservations changed or cancelled 30 days prior to arrival forfeit the 25% percent advance deposit required when making reservation. Cancellations outside of 30 day policy will result in a $75 processing fee. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process. No refunds for early check outs or room evictions.
Credit Card/ Personal Check Payments: Credit Card payments are accepted only when the card holder is present at check in with photo i.d. We do not accept credit card payments from person’s not staying at hotel. For all credit card payments there is a 1.9% processing fee. This fee is non refundable even with cancellations. Personal checks are accepted as long as they are received 21 days prior to check in. Personal checks are not permitted at check in. All returned checks will be accessed a $50 fee. We accept Visa/Mastercard.
Security Deposit: Guests 24 and under and cash paying guest are required to pay a refundable cash security deposit at check in. All reservations June to September will have a security deposit is $300. All other times of year will require a $100 cash security deposit.
Key Deposit: At check in a $20 key/remote control deposit is collected. This is refunded back at check out provided no damages to room and guest has checked out by 11a.m.
Parking: We offer 1 complimentary parking spot. We do not provide parking for trailers or large trucks/vehicles. All vehicles are parked on lots at own risk. All vehicles must fit inside of parking spot. Unregistered vehicles are towed at vehicle owners expense.
Bikes and Pets: Bikes are not allowed in hotel but may be parked at outside bike rack. We are pet friendly! One time Pet Fee of $50 per pet (max 2) per room.
Discounts: Blackout dates apply and discounts may be discontinued at any time and may not be combined. Discounts rates are only offered online, not for phone reservations.
Additional Fees/Taxes: Rates do not include 6% State Tax, 4.5% Local Tax, $7.99 per night +tax hospitality fee . Hotel will not honor incorrect rates on internet. Rates are based off double occupancy for most room types. Additional persons charges: Guest 15 & Under Stay Free when in room with Adult. Guest 16 & over are charged at $10- $15 per guest per night. All damages to rooms will be billed to credit card on file or taken out of security deposit.
Sundeck: Sundeck is open from 8a.m. until 10p.m.
Vending: Snack & Soda Vending machines are located at front of property.
Personal Conduct: Excessive noise is not allowed. Guest are not permitted to be inside of rooms they are not registered to. No unregistered visitors. Doors are not permitted to be left open and must be closed when not in use.
Other: Grills, electric griddles and other cooking items not provided by hotel are not permitted on property.
Refunds/Discounts: We will try our best to solve any issue that arises. If any issues come up during stay please notify front desk immediately. We do not refund / discount for power outages, cable outages, hot water outage & internet outages. No refunds for early checkouts or room evictions.
Room types: We offer 3 different room types. Rooms with 1 & 2 full size beds and 2 bedroom/1bathroom Apartment. The Rooms with 1 or 2 Full size beds offer smaller bathroom with stand up shower& mini refrig. The 2 bedroom Apartment has full size kitchen & bathroom.
